After you submit your request, we'll discuss the style, colors, and atmosphere. You'll then receive one or more design proposals. There will be three feedback sessions, after which we'll send you the final files and have them printed.

What exactly does ‘guidance’ mean?

Guidance is a personalized event coaching session. Not a wedding planner, but someone who brainstorms, advises, and inspires you as you plan your event. Think about style, layout, ambiance, details, and vendor selection.

What is the delivery time?

All items are handmade, and we schedule a three-week delivery time. Need your items sooner? Please email us at info@shopateliervivre.com.Once your order has been handed over to the shipping service, you will receive an email.

Yes, we also ship to a number of international destinations. You'll automatically see whether your country is available for shipping during checkout.Please note: For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs or import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.We currently do not ship to the United States of America.
